#1 Item Characteristics

The item characteristics insertion table is necessary in order to perform an items grouping. Statistically it is very important to group items in order to search them according a parameter.

The item characteristics table consists as follows:

RIBBON BAR: the ribbon bar represents the Form menu, that is the area on which it is possible to perform actions. The possible features list is the following:

General

Function	Meaning
Search	Button to apply search filters within characteristics database.
Insert	It enables the user to insert a new characteristic.
Delete	It deletes the selected characteristic.
Print Preview	It performs the print preview.
Print	It prints the report.

FILTER AREA: The filter area contains the list of the possible data types thanks to which it is possible to perform a selection. In this case the search filter corresponds to characteristic code and description.

RESULT GRID: the result grid represents the warehouses list which correspond to the filter data, above mentioned. After having specified the values through which it is possible to perform a warehouses search, the user can push [Search] button on the related Ribbon and will obtain the list of the desired wareouses.

Insert Item Characteristics

Apart from searching characteristics on system it is possible even to add one or more characteristics. In order to do this, it is necessary to click on the first free record (or to push the [insertion] button on toolbar). In this way it is possible to indicate the alphanumeric code for its characteristic and description.
